Spring? and the Easter bunny

I just couldn't resist!
The Easter bunny was digging for dandelion greens in our snow covered back yard!



We finally got a chance to dye our eggs on Friday night. Notice that Amy is covered in an old t-shirt and Ashleigh is not. Guess which one of my girls got egg dye on them???
Let's just say that Ashleigh won't be wearing the pink shirt with blue dots...

This morning - after my kids woke up TOOOO early, my girls were snuggling together and watching cartoons. Remember those lazy Saturday mornings?

Today (Saturday) was our Care Group's annual Easter Brunch and Egg Hunt. It is our 6th year! It's funny how the first year is the only time we have actually hidden the eggs outside for the kids to hunt.
We always have such a good time together.
We missed it last year - as we arrived home from China the night before and ended up sleeping until 2 in the afternoon!
