first - jiji snagged her first "prey"... oh, we are so proud!
NOT!!! i tricked her with a puppy treat and got her to abandon it - thinking that bogey (the cat) or ginger (the other dog) might devour it before morning. not so. i let jiji out this morning and she grabbed it again. what kind of farm cat doesn't know how to eat a mouse?! good grief!
and
miss anna slept all night in her toddler bed!
so this morning i took the crib apart and moved it into abe's room.
wow.
now THAT might make me cry...

For whatever it's worth, it looks more like a mole than a mouse. I'm sure it tastes the same though.
